Starting tomorrow the game industry kicks it’s self into high gear and we reap the fruits of their labor. Leaks are already starting to tip many companies hands. I for one can’t wait to see what these guys are going to bring to the table. I wish I could say I’m excited about specific things, but I’m not. I do have hopes though.
I hope Sony gives us a price cut on the PS3. Between that and the games I know are coming I’m fairly certain that I would buy one. But that price needs to come down.
I hope ODST gets dated for this holiday season.
I hope Splinter Cell: Conviction gets dated for some time this decade.
I hope Nintendo gives us a new Zelda game soon. After playing Fable 2 for the last couple of weeks, I have a big need to quest and I’m out of DLC to play there.
I hope Assassins Creed 2 has fixed the combat that was so horrible (and in my personal case, game breaking). I want to like that game, but unless some one says “The combat is nothing like that of the first” I won’t go near it.
I hope that motion control isn’t the primary focus…for anyone.
